As the Creative Director for Onsen, I spearheaded the refresh of the brand's visual identity, messaging strategy, and site user experience, aiming to revitalize the brand's presence and more effectively highlight its core values and benefits. The primary goal was to update the brand's look and feel while refining the messaging strategy to emphasize the product's value propositions and unique selling points. Our approach focused on underscoring the technical, functional, and emotional benefits of Onsen's products, ensuring clear communication of these core advantages.
